Keynote Speaker – Charlie Feld
As founder and CEO of The Feld Group—based in Dallas, Texas—Feld built a team of information technology executives that enabled dramatic results in Fortune 500 companies through the transformation of their own IT organizations. The Feld Group was acquired by EDS in 2004, which was  purchased by Hewlett-Packard in 2008. Feld retired in 2008 as a senior EVP and member of EDS’ Executive Committee.  The Feld Group was re-launched as a Leadership Development firm in 2009.

Feld held the title CIO at Frito Lay, First Data Resources, Delta Airlines and Burlington Northern. He has been featured in InformationWeek, placed among CIO Magazine's “5 Top CIOs,” and profiled by The New York Times, Fast Company and The Economist. Fast Company named him one of eight turn-around experts in “Masters of Disaster”. In 1997, Feld was named “One of the 12 Most Influential IT Executives of the Past Decade” by CIO magazine and ComputerWorld named him as one of “25 IT People to Watch in 1998.” His articles on IT leadership topics have appeared regularly in Computerworld Executive Suite, Harvard Business Review and CIO Magazine.

Tech Wildcatters

Tech Wildcatters is a mentorship-driven seed fund and startup accelerator. Our 12-week accelerator “bootcamp” runs every spring and fall in Dallas, TX. We invest in B2B web, software, mobile and gaming startups. We’re very selective – each year hundreds of companies apply to the program and 5-10 of them are invited to Dallas for each class. The companies get up to $25,000 in seed funding, intensive top-notch mentorship, and the opportunity to pitch to investors and corporate development/IT teams at our end of program “Pitch Day”.
